I booked my appointment online and the appointments available are very long had to wait 4 weeks till my appointment. But overall answered all my questions and very satisfied with my eye test. I have a new prescription but I want to keep my frames that I have and turns out that it's not worth just replacing the lenses be to expensive not happy with that.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. the Optician was very good and gave a clear conclusion, but he did not introduce himself, so I would not who to recommend.

The Optometrist explained the retinal image and the tests involved, happy with his conduct and put me at ease. The other staff there were helpful and friendly too.
